A recent deployment to production encountered an issue where database changes were not fully applied due to a new step in our database providers deployment process that was not yet part of our standard procedure. This caused some application processes to be affected and may have led to missed updates from lender webhooks, impacting data synchronization with our platform. We have since updated our deployment process to include this step and are working to automate it in our CI pipeline to prevent future occurrences.
